The Bee survey response – Two Party Acrimony :
Saturday, May 3rd, 2014 @ 5:23PM
Last week we turned in our response for the Fresno Bee and Sac Bee Candidates Survey.
Question: Members of Congress are much criticized for being unwilling to compromise and failing to work more collaboratively with the opposing party to get things done for the American people. How would you change that environment to get the people’s work done more effectively and respectfully?
My Position on The Political Acrimony in Congress.
The two-party system is broken, and we need to have another choice. People are leaving the parties in droves. We need to have another option because what’s going on now does not work. I have never joined a political party and have no plans to do so in the future. This puts me in a unique position of having something to offer to any and all political parties in Washington. Professionally I am a collaborator and a facilitator that brings together multiple disciplines and ideas to deliver a working technical solution. I intend to leverage my communication skills and professional experience to the benefit of the constituents of California’s 4th congressional district.
